May I have this dance?

After the dinner, when everyone is satisfied, it’s time to dance. We'll place splendidly black and white dressed tables in the room complimented by small flower arrangements and colored table lights. The tables will be placed in such a way as to leave enough space to create a dance floor.

Drinks will be available from the bar throughout the party. The assortment consists of rose, white or red wine, beer, fruit juice or soft drinks. Our waiters and waitresses will also be on the floor supplying everyone with drinks. It goes without saying that we will be making the rounds with appetizers as well.

We'd like to suggest a choice of:

Canapé topped with smoked trout and spice cheese
Canape pate with mango chutney

Herring and relish on a ring of rye bread
Profiterole filled with blue vein cheese
Various deep-fried appetizers
Sate on a stick
