Salads and soups

Our salads include bread, butter and garlic. We provide these salads from 12 persons.

Prices are per person. A smaller number will be charged € 0.50 per person extra.

Greek farmers salad - € 4,75

A composition of lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, feta, olives, and green peppers,
red onions, large capers, sun-dried tomatoes served with a fresh herb dressing.

Salad Nicoise - € 4,75
Composition of van iceberg lettuce , tuna, stewed green beans, boiled potatoes, anchovies, onion, cucumber, black olives, green peppers and egg in a spiced up
basil dressing.

Meat salad, ham, salami with picles, pate with Cumberland sauce, ham Ardennes
with melon, fricandeau with pineapple, salami and onions Amsterdam.

Rich Salmon salad, smoked salmon, marinated salmon, dill and horseradish sauce.

mackerel and dill sauce.

Chicken salad - € 5,75
Smoked chicken breast, mandarins, pine tree seeds, kiwi, pineapple, curry sauce
and a small ball of celery salad.

Mexican salad - € 4,75
Iceberg lettuce, yellow rice, onion, corn, kidney beans, green peppers and olives in a spicy dressing, guacamole and tortilla chips.

Pasta salad - € 4,75
Three kinds of pasta with chives, green peppers, green beans, garlic,
pesto, onion, mushrooms, cheese, shallots and pepper in a yoghurt dressing.

The minimal take out starts at € 50,00.

Deliveries are free in the Amsterdam-central, Waterland and Zeevang regions. For other areas we charge € 0,65 per km.

VAT
Charges for food and beverages (drinks) include VAT.
VAT is not included in charges for service, articles rented and entertainment. VAT on food and non-alcoholic drinks stands at 6 % while when serving alcoholic drinks and preparing and placing rented articles it stands at 19 %..
